HB221 / SB116 – Repeal of Prevailing Wage Laws

These are the bills that Delaware Republicans are going to hold the entire state hostage for.  It is just another attempt by the Republicans to screw the working man and bust unions.  These bills will pass over our cold dead bodies, so it is time to prepare for a government shutdown.

House Bill 221 creates a 3-year exemption for county and municipal government contracts from prevailing wage requirements.
