The Senate passed a package of Debtor Prison Reform bills yesterday that seek to eliminate fees imposed on defendants that are difficult to pay off if you don’t have the means.
The House gave final passage to the Hospital Cost Review Board and voted along partisan lines to protect the IVF procedure in Delaware. Make note that Republicans oppose allowing people who want to have children to have children.
The Senate has a pretty full agenda today for a Committee Day, including consideration of some bail and pretrial reform bills (well, one of them is actually a constitutional amendment.
