The House passed House Bill 10, a bill that will require the annual purchases of electric school buses in order to convert the statewide fleet, by a vote of 25-15-1. You can guess who voted no. The House also sent the Governor Senate Bill 74, a bill that requires medical practitioners to send out a notice to patients within 30 days about how to obtain their medical and treatment records if they so desire when their practice closes. Finally, the House passed a bill that will give a tax credit to dues paying union members.
