The Senate last week passed Senate Bill 93, a bill that will amend the Delaware Public Employment Relations Act by requiring that the Board, consistent with the Board’s Rules and Regulations, issue written decisions following hearings on unfair labor practice charges within 30 days of the close of the record. This will increase transparency of the board’s decisions.
The bill passed the Senate unanimoulsy and it has been released from the House Labor Committee. It could get a vote on the floor of the House this week. The bill has bipartisan sponsorship in both chambers.
