The House passed Senate Bill 60 by a vote of 38-1-2.
This bill ensures that teachers and other school employees will not be docked their pay if they miss hours of work to testify as a witness at trial or to report to serve on a jury.
Repubican Representative Rich Collins voted against that. I guess he has to prove that he is an asshole on the record somehow.
This bill now goes to Governor Carney for his signature.
