General Assembly Passes Telehealth Expansion Bill

The House and Senate have passed House Bill 334, sponsored by Representative Dave Bentz, unanimously. This bill will permit health-care providers who are licensed in a state other than Delaware to deliver health-care services by telehealth and telemedicine only if a health-care provider-patient relationship has been established under Delaware law.

We are going to miss Dave Bentz.
