Bill Pausing the Educator Evaluation System Sent to Governor

The House quickly passed Senate Bill 42 on Thursday after the Senate had passed it last week. This legislation suspends the educator evaluation system for the 2020-2021 school year and replaces it with an observation and feedback cycle that provides educators with coaching support related to hybrid and virtual learning practices. It’s a common sense bill.
