Winning the two Senate seats in Georgia on January 5 is the difference between Biden’s nominees and judges getting confirmed easily, or not; in getting much needed COVID vaccine distribution funding passed, or not; in getting COVID stimulus passed, or not; in passing Voting Reforms like automatic registration and early and mail in voting passed nationwide, or not. In doing a whole host of things we campaigned on, or not.
So the Delaware Democratic Party is hosting an online fundraiser via Zoom this Sunday, December 6th, 2020 at 7 pm. But in order to participate in the fundraiser, you have to raise funds first! LOL. There is no set amount that you need to donate, you can choose to donate whatever amount you can or are comfortable with and still get a link to the Zoom presentation. Once you donate, you will get a link with the Zoom link to watch on Sunday.
The presentation will be hosted by some wonderful friends and colleagues: Dave Woodside, Chairman of the New Castle County Democratic Party and Cassandra Marshall, Chairwoman of the Wilmington Democratic Party. Speakers will include Senator Tom Carper, Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester and Heather Fenton, the wonderful mother of Jon Ossoff, plus some other special guests.
The fundraiser benefits The Democratic Party of Georgia in their efforts to run a statewide voter mobilization effort to win the two Senate runoff elections on January 5th and take back the Senate for Democrats.
