Belmont Hall, on Smyrna Leipsic Road in Smyrna. The house was built around 1772 by Thomas Collins, who served as President of Delaware from 1786 to 1789. It was during his term of office that Delaware ratified the Constitution and became the first state. Photo by xzmattzx.
