Carney to allow all absentee voting in the June primary?

Governor John Carney is apparently, according to a Delaware House Democrats Facebook post, allowing all eligible voters who want to vote in the June 2nd Presidential Primary by absentee ballot.

You must to go to ivote.de.gov and fill out an application for a ballot, or calling your county elections office and requesting an application by mail. Obviously, the online option is faster, presumably. But PLEASE NOTE, when you are filling out either the online or paper applicatiopn, you must mark “sick” or “temporarily or permanently disabled” as the reason you need an absentee ballot.
