Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki will deliver his budget address to the Wilmington City Council TONIGHT at 6:00 pm. The address will be carried live via WITN22Wilm on Comcast Channel 22 in the City of Wilmington and should be carried on Facebook Live via the City’s FB page. This address is usually broadcast by WDEL as well, but I can’t find any notice that they plan to.
