The interior of Old Swedes Church in Wilmington. The church was built in 1698, for a Swedish enclave living in a by-then English colony. The gallery, which provides this view, was built in 1774. Stained glass windows were added between 1885 and 1897. The pulpit, on the left, is made of walnut, and is believed to be the oldest in the United States. Photo by xzmattzx.
