HB128 – Fair Notice for those pleading guilty

This seems simple enough.  HB128 would provide fair notice to those pleading guilty to a criminal offense what the consequences of doing so would be in the real world after they serve whatever sentence is applied.   This notice would be given prior to the plea, at sentencing, and then upon release.

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11, PART III OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FAIR NOTICE.
